2) Enable USB debugging and OEM unlock.

3) Plug in your USB to your PC.

4) Open your command window and type "adb reboot bootloader" and then your device will start to boot in the bootloader mode.

5) Write another command "fastboot flashing unlock".

6) Then your device will get Unlocked and the at last you have to type " fastboot reboot" and then your device will be boot in the bootloader mode.


HOW TO FLASH ANDROID O ON NEXUS OR PIXEL DEVICES:

1) On your computer you need to extract .tgz file using 7-zip after you have downloaded the factory images.

2) Again using 7-zip to extract .tar file file this time.

3) Copy these files and paste them in Android SDK in your PC.

4) Now windows user will double click the "Windows batch file" and Linux users will double click on flash-all.sh.

5) After this installation will start and you are not supposed to Unlpug your device from PC until the installation process.

6) After installation gets finished your device will undergo reboot and finally you can disconnect the device from your PC.
